Instructions: Eat directly from the jar or dissolve
1 teaspoon in a cup of warm to hot
water and take on empty stomach or 3 hours after meals 3 times daily. Avoid
all fire increasing foods; sour, spicy, too salty and especially tomatoes,
onions, eggplant, coffee, stress and alcohol. It can also be used
externally as a paste over wounds, cuts, burns etc. to promote healing.
