Supports joints, ligaments, blood and circulation, metabolism, digestion, adrenals, nervous system and immune system, and vascular system. Vata and Kapha balancing.

A herbal blend made with herbs and spices in a base of honey, rice syrup, and ghee. Enjoy it straight off the spoon, spread on toast, or brew it into a tea. Preserving herbs in ghee and honey supports their bioavailability and shelf life.

Proprietary blend of standardized extracts: (50g) Guggulu resin (8:1), Boswellia (3:1), Guduchi leaf (10:1), Tulasi root (5:1), Dong Quai root (2:1) Haritaki fruit (4:1), Pippali fruit (4:1) Bacopa (8:1), Licorice root (5:1), Ashwagandha root (3:1), Shilajit (75%) fulvic acid, Triphala fruit [Amalaki, haritaki, bhibitaki] (4:1)

Powdered herbs: Cinnamon bark, Ginger root, Turmeric root ,Celery seed, Ajwan seed, Fenugreek seed, Cardamom seed, Black Pepper fruit, Sarsaparilla root

Essential oils: Cinnamon bark, Ginger root, Turmeric root, Ajwain seed, Black Pepper fruit, Tulsi plant

Other Ingredients: (250g) Honey, Brown rice syrup, Ghee (milk, salt), Tamarind concentrate 

 

Instructions: Eat directly from the jar or dissolve 1 to 3 teaspoons in a cup of hot water and take 1 hour before meals. (Recommended Vata diet.) Avoid eating foods which create gas. Apply the Narayana massage oil to the affected parts daily. Vata or air balancing.
