Ingredients: standardized extracts: (40g) Ashwagandha root (3:1), Bacopa plant (7:10), Gotu Kola (4:1), Spikenard root (10:1) , Valerian root (8:1), Shankhpushpi plant (10:1), Arjuna bark (25%), Tulasi root (5:1), Manjishta root (8:1), Coleus root (6:1)
Powdered herbs: Garlic bulb, Hawthorn berry, Nutmeg nut, Ginger root, Cardamom seed Pure essential oils: Nutmeg nut, Jatamansi root, Tulasi root, Ginger root
Other Ingredients: (260g) Honey, brown rice syrup, ghee (milk, salt)
Additionally, the accompanying Essential Oils can be utilized in an essential oil diffuser to provide additional assistance. Neroli, Valerian, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Vetiver.
Instructions: Consume directly from the jar, or dilute 1 level teaspoon per 50 lbs. of body weight in a cup of warm to hot water and ingest once or twice daily on an empty stomach.
