 An Ayurvedic herbal supplement made with honey and ghee, it helps balance normal mucus buildup, supports drainage of lymphatic glands, and digestion. A water/earth - kapha balancing supplement.

Potent like chai tea, studies show Pippali can clear mucus and Giardia in animals, supporting the body's cleansing process. Useful in winter and seasonal transitions, enjoy this centuries-old spice.

This Rasayana is a herbal honey consisting of herbs and spices in a base of honey, rice syrup, and ghee. Eat it off the spoon, on toast, or make it into a tea.

Compatible products:

The following Essential Oils can also be used in an essential oil diffuser for added support: Calamus, Tulasi, Sage, Clove, Ajowan, Black Pepper, Tumeric, Peppermint, Cardamon, Ginger root, and Cinnamon.

Instructions: Eat directly from the jar or dissolve 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water on a empty stomach. Repeat every three hours during the congestion. For children use 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon. Follow a Kapha reducing diet. Kapha-earth balancing.

Precautions: This product should not be used if you have high inflammatory conditions, high fever, or during pregnancy.
